Using Verification E-mails to change appointments
You will receive a verification email, and a reminder the day before your appointment. The verification email has a link - in red on the right - that you can click to change an appointment.
Using the Wizard
Step 1:
Choose the appointment you want by clicking on the “schedule now” buttons of the appointment you choose. Call 303-300-3933 if you are not sure which appointment will work best for you.
Step 2:
On the next screen that comes up, choose the date you would like for your appointment
Step 3:
Choose from appointments available on the day you choose. If no suitable times are available, select another date. Not every appointments shows on the schedule, so if you cannot find any time that works for your schedule, call 303-300-3933 to find an alternative that works for you.
Step 4:
If you are a new patient, you will see a screen like this where you enter your information. Be sure to put in a password that you will remember. You can use your email address and password to cancel, change or make new appointments. Then click “Submit your Request” to finalize the process.
That is all you need to do to make an appointment!
It is even easier the next time you come back.
Just use your email and password and repeat steps 1,2 and 3 using the “Returning Patient” wizard. You won’t have to fill in any additional information.
